3. Are these girls real?

Yes. How do we find them? Mostly from search engines. Right now (April 2, 2013) we are the top result in the Russian search engine, Yandex (60% of the market share), for the search expression "знакомства с иностранцами" ("date foreigners" or "meet foreigners"). Try it, or see screenshot I just took:

However, there are scammers up there. Check what our client Robbie writes on spam. 
 

4. Why don't you accept payments in cash?

Wire transfer
You could pay with a wire transfer; write me at for instructions. 

Western Union
We don't accept it. We've got a mass service with low pricing, while Western Union involves physical operations with cash leading to higher processing costs.

5. Why did you remove this girl's profile?

The girl's profile could be removed for several reasons: 

1. Profile removed by user 
2. Profile temporarily blocked because of large number of unreplied messages 
3. Profile removed under suspicion of scam

When a girl's profile is removed or temporarily deactivated, she cannot send or receive any messages, although they are stored in her inbox. If and when she decides to reactivate her account (except for scammer profiles), she can retrieve her messages and reply again.
