This site is provided to you under the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement and any changes or amendments made to this Membership Agreement in the future, as well as this sites operating rules and/or policies (collectively, the "Agreement"). This Agreement applies to all services of this site, separately and as a whole.

1. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING THE CHECKBOX LABELED "REGISTERING NOW YOU ACCEPT TERMS OF THE SERVICE", YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND OF LEGAL AGE TO USE THIS SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
   
   
2. As a member to the community, you agree to provide true and correct information about yourself in the CuteOnly registration process and to update this data if any of your information changes.
   
   
3. You agree not to use this site for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, libelous, harassing, invasive of another's privacy, sexually and/or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another. This site reserves the right to edit or remove any information you transmit to this site, or remove your membership at any time for any reason.
   
   
4. CuteOnly may change the Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of this site after such notice constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
   
   
5. CuteOnly reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice to you. You agree that CuteOnly shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
   
   
6. You agree to be solely responsible for the contents of your profile, messages, or any other transmissions to or through this site and for your interactions with other members of this site.
   
   
7. You agree that this site may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this site for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement or any subsequent modifications, or attempted assignment of your account by you. You acknowledge and agree that termination may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that this site may immediately delete files in your account and bar any further access thereto.
   
   
8. You acknowledge and agree that content, including but not limited to text, software, sound, photographs, graphics or other material contained in advertisements or information presented to you by CuteOnly, its partners or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. You acknowledge and agree that you are permitted to download and print this material and information for your personal, non-commercial use or as expressly authorized by CuteOnly, its partners or advertisers, and may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of such content or information without express authorization.
   
   
9. CuteOnly is not responsible for the conduct of any user. In no event shall CuteOnly, its affiliates or its partners be liable (directly or indirectly) for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users or persons you meet through the Service. You agree to take all necessary precautions in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person, or if you decide to send money to another user.
   
   
10. The site and the materials available on or throughout the site are provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, CuteOnly disclaims all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, merchant quality, correspondence to description and fitness for a particular purpose.
    
    
11. CuteOnly accepts credit and debit cards via third party payment platforms Stripe and Paymentwall, depending on the customer's location, and transfers from your available PayPal account balance.
    
    
12. Customers can receive a full refund or be allowed an exchange for other types of subscriptions purchased from CuteOnly within 14 days of purchase if they by any reason don't start to use their subscription (read and send correspondence via CuteOnly message center).
    
    
13. CuteOnly subscriptions are digitally delivered goods that customers get access to immediately after the payment and can use during the paid period.
    
    
14. This Agreement and the relationship between you and this site shall be governed by the international laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and this site agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of Your Country of Residence. However, both this site and you agree to submit to binding arbitration for any dispute.
